Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled, placed in its original packaging, and includes all hardware, manuals, and accessories provided at the time of purchase.
Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item from your residence; please note that a restocking fee may apply.

After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
